Feedback from our 'passengers'...

“Last year we had the performance, this year we chose the workshop. Both were not only entertaining, but the musical education they provided, which included the correct terminologies, was excellent.... Just wish we could have more of them in the year.Sunnybank Community Preschool & Kindergarten, December 2011

This workshops is one of the most thoughtfully developed and creatively presented experiences we have had the pleasure to share and we applaud your commitment to musicality and young children’s learning... We particularly appreciate the way in which Brendan honours young children and their musical spirit and matches it with his own brand of enthusiasm for music making. He deftly delivers comprehensive musical learning in a fun and experiential manner which is so receptive to the younger child and they immediately make joyful connection to his style. Brendan’s exuberance (and the children’s) is infectious and drives the participants into confident and expressive experimentation of both movement and musical concepts.
Chelmer Station Community Kindergarten, November 2011

You couldn't ask for a more engaging and enthusistic musician to motivate and stimulate children's interest in music - thanks Brendan - we loved it!!
C & K Wilston Grange Kindergarten & Preschool, October 2011

The children were engaged during the show and were able to recall much of the information. We all loved it!!...We will definitely book this show again!
Albany Creek C&K, September 2011

“This was the most fantastic presentation I have seen for children of this age group in 18 years of teaching! The material delivered was interesting, age appropriate and fun. The musical talent of Brendan was inspiring and the passion he shows for his work made it seem more like he was having the time of his life rather than working.”
Willmore Kindergarten, September 2011

I just wanted to let your know we think the workshop was awesome, awesome, awesome! It was very hands on and interactive, Brendan was perfect and engaged the children from beginning to end and even afterwards. We will be booking the Big Show next year for sure
Bribie Island Community Kindergarten, September 2011

“The Beats Bus is very age appropriate and very active. The children were engaged well and were tired afterwards. This is good.”
St Pauls Primary School, August 2011

We loved the Beats Bus, loved the educational nature of the show and that it was musically based. I have never seen a show capture the attention of our Toddler & Junior Kindy children like the Beats Bus did.
The children responded instantly from the moment they got their ticket to the very end when they got to play the drums... it was awesome! We have had many requests from both staff and families to do it again next year! We would certainly recommend the performance to other Providers.
Samford Pines Childcare, July 2011

“The children were very engaged in the show, because of their involvement with their own shaker instrument, they participated well. They learnt about the beat through the drums and the pitch through the keyboard, simple musical concepts at a pre prep level. Showing the children home made musical instruments gave us opportunities for further learning experiences.”
Florence Kindergarten, June 2011

“The children were delighted by the whole experience. They enjoyed having their own place to sit (coloured bus seats) and the opportunity for them all to play instruments rather than just a select few. They have continued to talk to staff and their parents about the Beats Bus visit.”
Hillsdon Kindergarten, May 2011

“I really want you to come back tomorrow please, I really love you. I loved blowing the curvy horn, I like the bus when she could talk, I think it was making the noise from something below it, it wasn’t magic or anything. I actually wanted you to come back tomorrow when one sleep comes”
Child from Rochedale South C & K, April 2011

“The variety of instruments added to the children’s knowledge... there was a nice balance between action and inaction”
St Thomas’s Riverview Kindergarten, 2010

“It is highly engaging for the children...they listened to Brendan well, smiled, laughed a lot and participated in everything. It is very age appropriate”
Sunny Hills Child Care & Education Centre
